Customer Support Position

If you are outgoing, like talking to people, and into web technology then this is the position for you!  Goozmo is looking for folks to assist customers with using the Goozmo Site Management system.  This position is a perfect opportunity if you are starting out in the web industry.  You will be exposed to many scenarios that businesses in the web industry face every day.  

On a daily basis this position will be answering support calls, responding to support emails, and managing the help ticket system.  On a weekly basis this position will create online video tutorials on different topics throughout the Goozmo Site Management system.

What you should have:

1. Ability to talk to people on the phone
2. Problem solving skills
3. Desire to learn, and learn on your own
4. Basic HTML skill, including a general idea of javascript
5. Basic knowledge of web services, such as Google Analytics, Constant Contact, etc
6. Social Media knowledge such as Facebook, Twitter, etc
7. Ability to manage an email account
8. Email writing skills

We will provide training on the Goozmo system.

We are looking for part and full time folks.

Salary: $12-$15/hr depending on skill level
