We began to look at how to separate not only the known resort of Vail but make them a cohesive experience for all visitors. We needed to create a one-stop shop for all information within the Town of Vail, even calling out snow conditions and linking to mountain live cams.

We storyboard armed with insightful research we begin refining user interactions step by step.
We design crafting thrilling graphics based on user stories, we design to meet new needs.
We write code considerate of all possible user experiences we build, test and refine.
We ship a new solutions for a snowy mountain town, introducing Vail App.
To wrap everything up we launched the app on both Apple and Google Play stores. We continue to monitor and track traffic and make needed adjustments depending on customer feedback and new desired features.
Download the Official Vail AppThe Town of Vail reached out to us to solve a problem of letting visitors know of local events and amenities that the town was able to offer outside of the ski resort. They needed it to be functional not only in the hi times of winter both also through the summer months.
The Goozmo team worked with an already established developer with Vail in taking an existing app that was already in use and tailoring and designing it to meet the new demand for the town. We sat down with the teams and began storyboarding what was most important to customers and what needed to be highlighted.
